The Second Annual MassJCL Snowball will be held on March 22nd from 7:00 P.M. to 12:00 A M. At The John Hancock Hotel and Conference Center. Each JCL member is allowed to bring one (1) non-JCL nember guest to the event and both parties are required to sign the code and conduct which must be turned in along with the money
